Through its partnership with the Secession, Erste Bank lives up to its focus on the support of contemporary art.

The Vienna Secession is the oldest independent exhibition venue dedicated exclusively to contemporary art. The exhibition program is determined on a democratic basis by a board of directors made up solely of artists.
Independence in all artistic decisions, encouragement of experiments and openness with respect to new developments are characteristic for the exhibition program of the Secession.

For both its employees and its customers, Erste Bank has developed an art mediation and presentation program together with the Secession: Special guided tours, pre-openings, visits of ateliers, architectural tours etc. are offered on a regular basis.
